This 5L Oak Barrel is perfect for aging single spirits or spirit-only cocktails. Each barrel is handcrafted in Canada, constructed from American white oak that is toasted to a medium char level for optimal aging.

Each barrel comes with a stand, bung (cork), spigot, two sanitizing tablets, and an instruction pamphlet. Each barrel needs to be cured before use according to the curing instructions in the pamphlet we provide. You will need to fill it nearly full of spirits or spirit-based cocktails for proper aging, so select your barrel size based on that.
