The Japanese Hinoki Bitters are made from pure 100% persimmon trees that live in the environment and are used with blessing from the nature of Tama (known as a forestry site in Tokyo). They are extracted carefully by a low temperature vacuum extraction method together with domestic alcohol and water.Ā
