The Bitter Truth Peach bitters are a contemporary interpretation of a classic style of bitters once popular in the first golden age of the cocktail. Although peach bitters never reached the popularity of orange bitters, they were once widely used. A combination of fresh peach aroma and subtle spicy flavours adds an exquisite fruitiness to cocktails and long drinks, and these could replace orange or other citrus bitters in most recipes for a unique spin.
