1 1/2 ozĀ gold Puerto Rican rum
1/2 oz gold Jamaican rum
3/4Ā oz demerara rum
3/4Ā ozĀ Donās Gardenia Mix*
3/4Ā oz fresh lime juice
1Ā oz fresh orange juice
1 dashĀ Angostura bitters
Combine all ingredients in blender with 1/2 pebble ice. Blend on high for 20 seconds. Fine strain into pearl diver glass, top with crushed ice, garnish with pineapple wedge and fronds.
*To make the Gardenia Mix, combine 1 oz of unsalted butter with 1 oz honey, 1 tsp cinnamon syrup, ½ tsp vanilla syrup, and ½ tsp allspice dram.
